1 Acceptance of Terms and Member Eligibility

By accessing or using the mi888 platform — whether through our official website at mi888.one or through any mobile application we provide — you hereby accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all related policies, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

To be eligible to become an mi888 member, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Not be located in a jurisdiction that restricts or prohibits online gambling.
• Register as an individual — registration in the name of a corporate entity or business is not permitted.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2 Account Registration and Member Responsibilities

Each member is only permitted to hold one (1) registered account under the same name and identity. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the freezing and forfeiture of balances across all accounts involved.

During registration, you are required to provide true, accurate and complete information including your full name as per your identification card (MyKad), an active email address, a valid mobile phone number, and your bank or e-wallet details for withdrawal purposes. It is your responsibility to keep this information up to date should any changes occur.

The security of your password and login details is entirely your responsibility as the account holder. mi888 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access that occurs as a result of your failure to keep your login information confidential.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

mi888 accepts a range of payment methods suited to Malaysian users, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies such as USDT, BTC and ETH. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) or the equivalent value for crypto payments.

The deposit and withdrawal conditions are as follows:

• Minimum deposit: RM20 per payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM100 per request.
• Withdrawal processing time: Between 30 minutes and 3 hours, depending on the method and time the request is made.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to a payment method that has been registered and verified under the same name as your mi888 account.
• mi888 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing withdrawals above certain amounts.

All financial transactions on the mi888 platform are processed through a secure system. mi888 does not charge any processing fees on standard deposits; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own charges according to their terms.

4 Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

mi888 offers a welcome bonus of 200% of your first deposit amount, up to a maximum of RM1,500. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus value before any winnings from that bonus are eligible for withdrawal.

Examples of wagering requirement calculations:

• Deposit RM100 → bonus RM200 → balance RM300 → wagering requirement RM200 × 10 = RM2,000 must be met before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Deposit RM1,600 → bonus RM1,500 (maximum cap) → balance RM3,100 → wagering requirement RM1,500 × 10 = RM15,000.

All other bonuses offered from time to time — including weekly cashback through the VIP programme, reload offers, crypto bonuses and referral bonuses — will come with specific terms and conditions announced alongside each promotion. Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

5 Game Rules and Betting

All games offered on the mi888 platform — including online slots, live casino, fish shooting, sic bo, sports betting and other games — are operated according to the respective rules set by the licensed game providers. Game outcomes are generated through a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system or through supervised live streaming, depending on the game type.

For sports betting, mi888 reserves the right to cancel or adjust bets in cases of unusual technical situations, odds errors, or where there is evidence of match manipulation. Confirmed bets are final subject to these circumstances.

The following are strictly prohibited on the mi888 platform:

• The use of any automation software, bots or assistive tools that influence game outcomes.
• Collaborating with other players to gain an unfair advantage (collusion).
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the gaming system.
• Any action that can be categorised as fraud or financial misconduct.

mi888 reserves the right to cancel winnings and close accounts proven to have violated any of the above rules without any compensation.

7 Account Suspension and Closure

mi888 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time where there is reasonable cause to do so, including but not limited to:

• Violation of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to submit identity verification documents within the specified period.
• Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Instructions from a competent authority or regulatory body.

Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting our support team. Any valid and unwithdraw balance will be returned in accordance with our standard procedures, subject to compliance with applicable wagering requirements and required identity verification.
